Goodbye Vern.... may you rest in peace.
I had the great privilege of meeting Vern Schroeder recently on his 95th. Birthday. He was wonderfully charming with a mischievous glint in his eye. He was a veteran from WWII with many fascinating stories- I wish we could have talked longer. Thank you Vern for letting me make your photograph- it was an honor.
Vern passed on Monday- my condolences to his family and friends.
